For over 19 years Pastor Paul has ministered at Victory Fellowship Baptist Church (Drive In Rd.28) Hanover. Victory is committed to proclaiming the authority of god's Word without compromise. Pastor Paul's start as a bible teaching radio host began in 1997 at the first ever Christian FM Radio Station in Canada. His love and dedication to Jesus Christ, the gospel and the truth of the bible is shared on Truth At Hand. He dishes up a dose of biblical discernment (apologetics) on theological issues every Sunday at 5pm.

The theme verse for the show is 2 Tim.4:2 to "preach the word; be ready in season, and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction."
